Seisai

Bunkyu 3 (1863) - Showa 12 (1937). The twelfth Omotesenke Iemoto. He was the eldest son of the eleventh Iemoto Rokurokusai. He led Sado through its flourishing period in the Taisho era and made great efforts to rebuild the Iemoto when its tearooms were burned down in the fire of Meiji 39 (1906). He also contributed to the education of artists and craftsmen throughout the country.
