The culture of daily life

There are two ways of looking at the culture of daily life. One is the crafts and architecture that arise from daily life and which are aesthetically and artistically outstanding. Folk art is an example of this. Another is when we have aesthetically and artistically outstanding utensils and architecture and perhaps behavior, and use them to make life itself a more cultural and artistic thing. Chanoyu is an example of this.
